InnerQuest is approved by the State of California to provide Private Postsecondary & Vocational Education (BPPVE - #3403821), as well as a current member of A.C.H.E. (American Council of Hypnotist Examiners). InnerQuest is also approved for Continuing Education Units by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners.

InnerQuest has been in operation for about thirteen years. The institute was originally located in Sacramento, and moved to Auburn in 1995.

InnerQuest offers a 9 month, 225 hour Master Hypnotherapist training program. In addition, you can earn your Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and your certified Transformational Hypnotherapist certification designations.
